All shipments will be made directly to
the location. Shipping charges will be prepaid and
added to invoice. All shipments, unless otherwise
noted, are shipped. F.O.B. Houston, Texas. If you do
not specify how you would like your orders shipped (freight,
UPS or parcel post), our policy is to ship the most
economical and quickest way. |
| Prices |
We reserve the right to change prices
when market changes make such demands necessary. We
will always try and maintain the lowest prices
possible. You will be notified before a shipment is
made if price changes have occurred on any items on your
order. |
| Minimum Order |
We do not have a minimum order
requirement. On all orders under $75.00, a $3.50
service charge will apply. |
| Returns and Replacements |
Merchandise may not be returned without a
Return Authorization Number and prior approval
from our office. All returns are subject to
inspection. All authorized returns must be shipped
back to us prepaid. An explanation of all returns must
be included with shipment. |
| Damaged Goods |
We will not be responsible for goods
damaged in transit. If you receive such goods, please
refuse shipment from carrier. If shipment is accepted,
carrier delivery receipt must be marked and signed for as
"Received In Damaged Condition".
A-Athletic must be notified within 24 hours of any damaged
shipments. |
| Payment Terms |
Our terms are 1% 10 days, Net 20 days. |
| Shortages |
Shortages, lost or missing merchandise is
our responsibility only after the following conditions have
been met by the customer:

Shortage, lost or missing
merchandise must be reported to our office within
24 hours.

Do not sign delivery receipt if
all packages listed on receipt are not
received. Our carrier will not take
responsibility if delivery receipt is signed for
as receiving complete shipment.

Do not claim shortage until you
have read the packing slip. Some items may
have been backordered. Other items may be
drop shipped from factory and delivered under
separate cover.
